Coconut Basil Curry & Turmeric Pilaf
Border

Things over rice are the best things! Especially gorgeous golden rice, coloured by fresh turmeric. And who doesn’t love super fragrant, fresh basil? This week I had a BUNCH of fresh basil laying around. So why not put it in coconut curry? Coconut and basil are BFFs.
